چکیده
Abstract Based on the mechanical motion equation, Gauss’s law, and current continuity condition, we study a few typical transient effects in piezoelectric semiconductor (PS) fiber to realize startup turning-off functions of common piezotronic devices. In this study, extensional vibration induced by suddenly applied axial time-dependent force is examined cantilevered n-type ZnO nanofiber. Neither magnitude loadings nor doping concentration significantly affects propagation caused disturbance displacement. However, both factors play an important role electron concentrations. This indicates that electromechanical coupling effect can be expected directly determine electronic performance addition, assumption previous simplified models which neglect charge carriers law discussed, showing has little influence state when smaller than 10 21 m −3 . suggests screening polarized electric field much reduced situation, gradually transforming into pure state.
